Role Summary:

The Personal Car Buyer will provide an exceptional car buying experience to customers by sourcing vehicles that meet their needs and budget, liaising with car dealerships, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role requires a proactive and passionate individual who is customer-focused and has a keen understanding of the car buying industry.

Customer Contact & Engagement:

Contact pre-approved customers within required timescales via the system.
Build and maintain rapport with customers and dealerships to ensure positive relationships and outcomes.
Understand customer needs and preferences to assist in sourcing the perfect car match.

Dealer Liaison & Negotiation:

Collaborate with dealerships to secure the best deals for customers.
Ensure smooth, efficient, and transparent communication between customers and dealerships to finalise car transactions.

Transaction & Handover Support:

Facilitate quick and seamless transactions by coordinating with both the customer and dealership.
Collaborate with Personal Assistants to ensure an effective handover and facilitate the onward customer care journey.

Customer Experience Focus:

Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer from the initial inquiry to the final handover.

Experience:
Minimum 12 to 18 months of car finance brokerage experience.
Customer-Focused Skills:
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealerships.
Organisational & Communication Skills:
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dealerships.
Ownership & Motivation:
Ability to take full ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion.
A strong passion and motivation for the business and personal growth.
Target-Oriented Experience:
Proven experience in working towards and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Attractive Earnings Potential: With an OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 in the first year, the role offers great earning potential based on performance.
