Role Summary:

Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer. The primary objective of this role is to deliver professional and efficient service, installation, and commissioning of Intruder Alarm panels, Access Control systems, and CCTV in a variety of settings, including domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. You will report directly to the Operations Director and work within a team of 4, with the role being field-based across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems on customer sites.
Customer Interaction: Attend customer sites as scheduled, providing clear communication about system performance and any required additional works.
Site Maintenance: Ensure the site is clean and tidy after completing installation or maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system issues on-site, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive for customer satisfaction, explaining completed work and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts, offering support and guidance where necessary.

Security Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years working in the security industry, including experience with CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems.
CSCS Card: Valid ECS/CSCS card, with basic Health & Safety knowledge.
Emergency First Aid: Certification in Emergency First Aid at Work.
Technical Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom systems.
Driving License: Full, clean driving license required for travel to customer sites.
Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Team Player & Self-Starter: Able to work well both as part of a team and independently.
Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting abilities, able to stay calm under pressure and think critically.
Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry
