MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Role Summary:
Our client is a well-recognised manufacturer in their field. Due to growth, they are looking for a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will perform maintenance, service and repair of all electrical and mechanical equipment on site, including electrical control panels, 3 phase electrics, control circuits, wax presses, shell room and furnace equipment. You will also support plant upgrades, and liaise with all contractors on site.
The Candidate:
An experienced engineer with an electrical bias and excellent mechanical maintenance capabilities
Ideally you will be qualified to a minimum HNC standard and can demonstrate a good knowledge of 415V electrical skills
Mechanical and electrical fault-finding and repair skills
Welding/fabrication skills would be beneficial but not a deal breaker
PAT testing experience/qualification
Experience of working in an engineering, or manufacturing environment
Working hours are Mon-Thursday 7.30-4.30, Friday 7.30-12.30pm
