Role Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and fast paced sales role working within the hospitality and events industry to generate sales through proactive and energetic prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new sales leads to generate fruitful sales

  • Work to meet individual targets

  • Forge long lasting relationships with new and existing clients

  • Fact finding across multiple platforms to build future sales

The Candidate:

  • B2B Sales Experience is essential

  • Confident closing sales

  • An excellent communicator, able to bypass the gatekeeper and open new business pathways

  • Target driven and self-motivated

  • Previous experience working within sales in the hospitality or leisure industry is an advantage

  • Able to bring quickly build rapport and influence decision makers

The Offer:

  • A basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience

  • On target earnings of around £8,000 a year, paid quarterly

  • 20 days holiday, rising to 25 after one year

  • Pension scheme after 3-month probationary period
