Role Summary:

We are representing a leading player in the industrial electrical wholesale industry to hire an experienced and highly skilled Field Sales Manager. You'll be the driving force behind business expansion efforts. Your main focus will be on generating new business leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and onboarding new accounts. You'll be the face of our company in the field, collaborating closely with potential clients to understand their needs and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Prospect, identify, and target new business opportunities within the industrial electrical wholesale industry.

· Leverage your deep industry knowledge to build strong rapport with potential clients and convert leads into profitable accounts.

· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilising a strategic approach to ensure consistent revenue growth.

· Travel within your designated region to meet clients in person, present product offerings, and negotiate sales.

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and retention are paramount.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of competitors.

Proven track record in field sales within the industrial electrical wholesale industry.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

· Positive attitude, resilience, and a determination to succeed.

· Full UK Driving License
