Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join a successful electrical wholesale business. Our clients are well respected within the industry and are looking to grow their high performing branch. You will be dealing with incoming and outgoing sales calls to directly contribute to branch performance. This role comes with uncapped bonus/commission so there is great earning potential on top of an already highly competitive salary.

Directly contribute to the branch profits through maintaining existing business, taking incoming sales calls, following up sales calls and prospecting
Be dealing with Industrial and Electrical customers
Work with the Field Sales reps to build on existing customers to identify new customers
Prepare quotations and follow these through to completion, dealing with any enquiries or issues along the way
Achieve individual and branch KPIs

A confident and resilient telephone manner, a large proportion of this role will be spent speaking to customers
An excellent communicator who builds trust and relationships quickly
Dynamic, a go-getter and driven to succeed, this role is uncapped bonus/commission so there is great earning potential on top of an already competitive salary.
Solid administration skills to process orders and produce quotations
