Role Summary:
Are you a dynamic B2B Sales Manager with a passion for growing markets and building strong dealer networks? Join a leading global company revolutionising home mobility solutions. We are looking for a Southeast Asia Dealer Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our presence across Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support Authorised Dealers, ensuring they are fully trained and aligned with our unique sales model
Grow our dealer network, identifying and onboarding partners in uncovered areas
Collaborate with marketing to equip dealers with the right promotional tools
Maintain close communication with UK-based teams to ensure top-tier service
Regular reporting on sales performance and dealer success metrics
Travel across Southeast Asia to visit and strengthen dealer relationships
The Candidate:
Exceptional communication skills – ability to train, inspire, and hold dealers accountable
Analytical mindset – use data-driven insights to improve sales conversion rates
Strategic approach – plan and execute growth strategies independently
Resilience & drive – ability to work autonomously and deliver results
Fluency in English (Chinese language skills are a plus)
Qualifications & Experience:
A-Level or higher (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
12+ months in field sales, B2B sales, or trade sales
Full driving license & willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
Key Success Factors:

Increasing dealer lead-to-appointment conversion rates
Growing lead-to-sale conversion performance
