Role Summary:
Are you an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a track record of growing dealer networks in international markets? Join a leading global company revolutionising home mobility solutions. We are looking for a MENA Dealer Sales Manager to expand our presence in key markets, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, and Turkey.
Responsibilities:
Train and support Authorised Dealers, ensuring alignment with our unique sales model
Identify and onboard new dealers in key uncovered territories
Collaborate with marketing to provide dealers with the right promotional tools
Maintain strong communication with UK-based teams to ensure industry-leading service
Deliver regular reports on sales performance and dealer success metrics
Travel extensively across the region to build and strengthen dealer relationships
The Candidate:
Exceptional communication and training skills – ability to inspire and hold dealers accountable
Data-driven mindset – analyse sales funnels and improve dealer conversion rates
Strategic thinking – ability to plan and execute market expansion independently
Resilience and adaptability – thrive in a fast-paced, international sales environment
Fluency in English (Arabic or Turkish language skills are a plus)
Qualifications & Experience:
A-Level or higher (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
12+ months in field sales, B2B sales, or trade sales
Full driving license & willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region
Key Success Factors:
Converting dealers into brand-committed partners with showroom demo units
Increasing dealer lead-to-appointment conversion rates
Driving lead-to-sale conversion growth
