Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be delivering technical support to Spanish speaking customers across the UK and internationally
You will cover all facets of installation, servicing, and maintenance across the whole product range.
When technical support cannot be provided remotely you will be required to travel internationally to provide hands on assistance and additional training.
The Candidate:
A strong and verifiable track record in similar international technical support roles is essential.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is a prerequisite for this position.
Possession of a relevant technical qualification, at a minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in technical knowledge, effective problem-solving, and analytical capabilities should be demonstrable.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, are highly valued.
Ideally, candidates should be located in the West Midlands.
Proficiency in the use of IT, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is expected.
A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions are required.
