Role Summary:

The Technical Trainer / Assessor will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and assessment in mechanical skills, with some exposure to electrical maintenance being an advantage. The role is particularly focused on practical skills training, such as machining (turning, milling, fitting) and pneumatics. Training Delivery & Assessment: Train and assess learners in core mechanical skills, ensuring their competency in both theoretical and practical areas.
Machining & Pneumatics Expertise: Provide hands-on training in machining processes (turning, milling, fitting) and pneumatic systems.
Course Development: Develop engaging training materials and adapt them as necessary to meet learner needs.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor, assess, and report on candidate progress and performance to ensure quality learning outcomes.
QA Systems: Ensure all training and assessments meet established quality assurance standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Technical Expertise: Experience in machining (turning, milling, fitting) and pneumatics is essential; some electrical maintenance knowledge is advantageous.
