Role Summary:

Are you a multi-site or field service engineer with experience in arcade and gaming machines? Do you have a knack for fixing things and ensuring customers have the best experience possible? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a dynamic individual with at least 1 year of experience in servicing electronic coin/redemption and video arcade equipment. As an Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range Amusements products across various locations on your patch.

Responsibilities:

You'll play a key role in maintaining our machines to the highest standards and delivering excellent customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge arcade equipment and be part of a dynamic team passionate about gaming and entertainment.

The Candidate:

Experience: 1+ years’ experience servicing electronic coin/redemption and video arcade equipment/products.
Skills: Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining a full range of products. Basic network diagnostic skills are a plus.
Physical Ability: Must be able to carry out a significant amount of manual handling and be fit enough to undertake manual handling of heavy machines.
Reliability: Be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented.
Flexibility: Hold a current full driving license and must be willing to stay overnight and work every other weekend
