Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Employment Law Solicitor to join a friendly team of highly experienced legal professionals and to head up and help grow a new Employment Law Department.

Responsibilities:

The Candidate:

- You must have experience of dealing with a varied caseload including representing individuals and companies on both sides of employment

- Experience of the many different types of case which can arise in this field of law

- Be able to confidently manage high volume and complex work

- Confident in a range of employment law work including drafting of contracts of employment, grievance or redundancy issues and of course in court proceedings

- Experienced in all different types of funding including privately funded, insurance based or on a no win no fee basis

- Experience using case management and digital dictation is essential, as is the ability work with online portals

- The role will require you to travel for meetings and court purposes and preferably have your own transport
