Role Summary:

Are you passionate about cultivating connections with businesses to establish enduring partnerships? If you are, our client, an online comparison site, is seeking a Business Development Executive to become part of their Partner Support Team. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the current Support Team and will be responsible for playing a key role in expanding our network of trusted partners, contributing to its ongoing growth.


  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with our network of partners.

  • Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring, positive, and financially rewarding partner relationships to drive company growth.

  • Provide timely and professional email responses.

  • Utilise the in-house customised CRM to oversee customer accounts.

  • Address consumer and partner complaints as needed.

  • Handle order and payment processing tasks.

  • Collaborate with various departments within the organisation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving customer issues.

The Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is required, with a focus on B2B customer interactions and account management.

  • Comfortably engage with partners via phone, including the ability to upsell new features and services.

  • Proficient in email communication, utilising Outlook for daily correspondence, including template usage and composing free-form emails.

  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing, friendly demeanour, reflecting genuine enthusiasm for the company and its offerings.

  • Demonstrated resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Thrives in a team-oriented setting, actively contributing to teammates' growth and readily sharing ideas and contributions across the organisation.
