Role Summary:
Are you passionate about cultivating connections with businesses to establish enduring partnerships? If you are, our client, an online comparison site, is seeking a Business Development Executive to become part of their Partner Support Team. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the current Support Team and will be responsible for playing a key role in expanding our network of trusted partners, contributing to its ongoing growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with our network of partners.
Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring, positive, and financially rewarding partner relationships to drive company growth.
Provide timely and professional email responses.
Utilise the in-house customised CRM to oversee customer accounts.
Address consumer and partner complaints as needed.
Handle order and payment processing tasks.
Collaborate with various departments within the organisation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving customer issues.
The Candidate:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is required, with a focus on B2B customer interactions and account management.
Comfortably engage with partners via phone, including the ability to upsell new features and services.
Proficient in email communication, utilising Outlook for daily correspondence, including template usage and composing free-form emails.
Strong communication skills and an outgoing, friendly demeanour, reflecting genuine enthusiasm for the company and its offerings.
Demonstrated resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Thrives in a team-oriented setting, actively contributing to teammates' growth and readily sharing ideas and contributions across the organisation.
