Role Summary:

Our client is an award winning luxury retailer based in Scotland who are looking to recruit an experienced Master Butcher to join their team. You will provide an unrivalled service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the industry and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsible for managing all aspects of the butchery department

·Provide exceptional customer service and advise on the best choice of meats and poultry based on requirements

·Ensure products are of the highest quality and meet all health regulations

·Oversee stock control and inventory checks to mini

·Train Junior Butchers and Counter Assistants to allow them to perform their roles to their maximum ability

·Fully qualified and able to demonstrate expert knowledge and skills in all areas of butchery, including deboning, trimming, grinding and packaging

·Previous experience of managing a team and the ability to mentor others

·Exceptional customer service skills
