Role Summary:

We are looking for a Graduate Business Development Manager to join a UK Leading Industrial Electrical Supplier. Our client has 20 branches across the UK and is part of an industry leading group with over 360 locations and £1.4bn turnover.

This Graduate Business Development Manager role will provide you with a well structured and exciting graduate programme, offering on the job training and external courses and qualifications. This graduate programme is renowned within the industry and with a clear career path to running your own branch or managing a national sales team, it’s sure to be a popular one! Coupled with an uncapped commission, the sky really is your limit.

Responsibilities:

You will learn all aspects of a busy branch, working with your mentor to really learn the ropes. You will learn and be expected to;

  • Build and develop relationships with customers over the phone and in person

  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities to open new ones and win new business

  • Provide your customers with the best technical and trusted service around

The Candidate:

  • A professional, sales-focused graduate

  • Excellent communication skills, confident and adaptable to all levels and situations

  • Hardworking, assertive and always looking for new opportunities

  • Target driven and money-motivated

  • Must hold a full UK driving license

The Offer:

  • Salary of between £22,000 - £24,000 + uncapped commission through a share of your branch profits
