Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Person to join a successful electrical wholesale business. Our clients are well respected within the industry and are looking for new, dynamic sales staff to join their team.

This role comes with uncapped bonus/commission so there is great earning potential on top of an already highly competitive salary.

You will be working on some of the businesses’ key accounts and high value contracts, making initial contact, securing sales, return business and creating lasting customer relationships
Working in a dynamic and fast paced sales team, most of your day will be speaking with customers over the phone to secure sales, place orders and understand current and future requirements
Build and maintain successful partnerships with high value customers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty – you will be their main contact in the business and therefore must represent the company and brand well at all times
Manage CRM database to keep track of contact history, orders and follow ups
Answer customer queries in relation to product and timescales
Support the Sales Manager in targeting new customers and developing them into consistent accounts
Promote sales events, supplier days and new product launches
Work closely with the support team to ensure accurate quotations are produced

Experience of working in a highly competitive customer focused role (B2B preferably)
Experience of working within a sales / target driven role
Electrical Wholesale experience is advantageous but not a deal breaker
Proactive and successful sales techniques via phone and online
A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
An ability to recognise sales opportunities
