Role Summary:

We have a fantastic Part Time Administration Role available, based in Burnley. Our client is a national market leading wholesaler who are looking to add an experienced administrator to their successful branch.

The preferred hours of work will be Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-5pm, however, there is some flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and paying supplier invoices

  • Dealing with invoice queries

  • Sales administration support to the sales team, inputting sales orders and chasing quotes

  • Processing credit returns

  • Chasing outstanding payments and orders

The Candidate:

  • A strong administrator, ideally with experience dealing with invoices and sales support

  • Strong communication skills, both on the telephone and written

  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and switch between activities

  • Experience within Electrical Wholesale would be advantageous but not essential

The Offer:

For the right person, we can offer a salary of £7,971 - £11,449, company bonus and a range of other company benefits.
