Role Summary:
We have a fantastic Part Time Administration Role available, based in Burnley. Our client is a national market leading wholesaler who are looking to add an experienced administrator to their successful branch.
The preferred hours of work will be Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-5pm, however, there is some flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Processing and paying supplier invoices
Dealing with invoice queries
Sales administration support to the sales team, inputting sales orders and chasing quotes
Processing credit returns
Chasing outstanding payments and orders
The Candidate:
A strong administrator, ideally with experience dealing with invoices and sales support
Strong communication skills, both on the telephone and written
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and switch between activities
Experience within Electrical Wholesale would be advantageous but not essential
The Offer:
For the right person, we can offer a salary of £7,971 - £11,449, company bonus and a range of other company benefits.
