Role Summary:

We are looking for a CRM and Insight Sales Manager who is experience in Inside Sales to join a specialist B2B Marketing Agency based in Stoke-on-Trent.

You will be the key player in the sales process linking the first interaction a prospective client has with the company through to a specific requirement and onboarding.

You will be able to quickly recognise opportunities and act upon them swiftly to maximise opportunities as they arise. The role is heavily digital communication based and you will be responsible for the organisation of events such as webinars.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and their specific needs

  • Map and develop customer journeys within the CRM

  • Analyse lead generation campaigns from email creation, targeting ads, webinars, social media and content through to landing pages

  • Provide recommendations to the content teams

  • Nurture opportunities and decide on appropriate next stage actions

  • Manage the CRM database and develop reporting methods on campaign effectiveness with key potential new customers

  • Assist with the Marketing Team to input into engaging and targeted communication

  • Provide sales support, keep opportunities and conversations up to date and report on them

  • Maintain predominantly digital communication (email, LinkedIn, Website Chat) with potential new customers to ultimately on board with the MD

The Candidate:

  • Someone who is organised, with a strong attention to detail

  • An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing

  • Flexible and able to problem solve

  • IT literate with an analytical mind and the ability to analyse data

  • Self-directed with an ability to manage and prioritise workloads with a sense of urgency

The Offer:

  • A salary of £30-40,000 pro rata per annum depending on experience

  • Circa 22.5 hours per week – flexible on working pattern

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)

  • Christmas closing and additional holidays for charity work

  • Flexible working with 50% of time spent in the office
