Role Summary:

We are recruiting a Sales Administrator for a successful Business Tech Services Provider who are a leading supplier of technology solutions, cloud services, and digital media. It is one of the UK’s leading multi-vendor service providers.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the ordering of Hardware and Software from various distributors based in the UK and Internationally. You will be in direct contact with the Sales team and Logistics team on a daily basis and help ensure a smooth Supply chain process.

Within the Operations team you have the advantage of communicating with every aspect of the business, expanding and improving on your own knowledge to help improve the department.


  • Processing inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams

  • Managing customer order reports

  • Assisting any Logistical requirements when needed

  • Assisting in the upkeep of the Backorder Report

  • Ensuring the Operations process is followed and Compliant with the rest of the business

  • Requesting Supplier Shipment and Order Reports

The Candidate:

  • A team player who can work in a cross functional environment, you must have a background in Business Tech, hardware and/or software

  • Experience using an ERP system, ideally one of the following, SAP/ORACLE/SEIBEL/MS Dynamics-Navision/Business Central

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and to work on your own initiative

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability

The Offer:

In return our client can offer a salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 plus a whole host of other benefits
