SENIOR HR ADVISOR

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support a multi-site team.
Covering all operational support, you will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, employee welfare and payroll management across the company.
Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact to the Site Manager on people-related business issues
Facilitates effective implementation and change management of new people related initiatives
Ensure that the Time and Attendance System is kept up to date by all management staff
Ensure working compliance to the Working Time Directive, GDPR, recruitment and other people policies
Lead recruitment campaigns for roles on site, liaising with agencies and third party suppliers
Provide setup, onboarding and continual support to new starters
Support management and identify training needs
Manage employee absence and sickness, following internal policies and working with Occupational Health where appropriate
Support Health and Safety coordination across multiple site
Process the weekly and monthly payroll and be a point of contact for any colleague issues
The Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including employee relations and experience of implementing the Working Time Directive, specifically for shift workers
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards)

Open and straightforward with integrity
Happy to be based in the office with an open door policy
The Offer:
A starting salary of between £32k - £45k depending on experience
