Role Summary:

Due to their continued growth and huge success, our clients are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their team in Italy. You will be managing the sales relationship primarily with dealers selling to end consumers.


  • Working in-territory you will be promoting our unique home elevators and growing sales across Italy

  • Maintaining an ongoing balance of managing existing dealers, identifying new dealers in uncovered areas

  • Collaborating with our Marketing team to ensure our dealers are supported with the right tools and promotional media

  • Working cross-functionally with other teams, ensuring delivery of industry leading service levels to our customers

  • Maintaining close contact with the UK based office staff

The Candidate:

  • Outstanding and confident communications skills. You'll need to convey the benefits of the products and sales approach as well as be a highly effective sales trainer

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • Able to analyse and utilize data to make the best decisions for your territory, primarily dealer conversion rates through the sales funnel

  • Experience in successful sales B2B and B2C

  • Exceptional people skills, not only by having great listening ability, but genuine empathy and curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with

  • Ability and confidence to make decisions independently

  • Knowledge of elevators or lift products is welcomed but not essential. Aptitude, passion and a true desire for helping our dealers improve lives with the products is key!

  • Flexibility – you will spend approximately 50-65% of your time travelling with the remainder home based
