INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
£23,000 - £30,000
We are looking for Internal Sales Person to join a successful team within a National electrical wholesaler based in Warrington.
As an Internal Sales Person, you will be a key member of the team; you will deliver excellent customer service to our customers either face to face in the branch or over the phone to drive customer loyalty.
You will be working with existing customers and proactively developing new business so you can achieve branch targets.
Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty
Generate profitable sales for the branch, via the telephone by effectively using a range of techniques and resources
Answer customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stock
Proactively targeting new customers and developing them into consistent accounts
Promoting sales events, supplier days and new product launches
Working with the team to keep the branch successful
Experience of working in a highly competitive customer focused role (B2B preferably)
Experience of working within a sales / target driven role
Strong customer service background
To demonstrate proactive sales via phone, face-to-face and online
A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
An ability to recognise sales opportunities
Electrical Wholesale experience is desirable
Competitive salary of £23,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
